ABOUT TOMÁS

My 20-year journey of sporting injuries, auto accidents, and surgeries resulted in constant, chronic nerve pain. That's the bad news; the good news is that during this time I learned how to use self adjustment tools to avoid increased pain and further surgery or injury. These skills or tools are what I seek to teach others.

Are you:

  • A meditator wanting to be more grounded in your daily practice?
  • A yogi feeling you're at a plateau wishing to move to the next level?
  • An athlete looking to increase your agility and prevent injury?
  • Are you in recovery from an injury or illness?

If any of the above statements apply to you, this program will help you access and attain these goals.
This is not Pilates, Yoga, exercise, stretching, isometrics, guided imagery, meditation or Tai Chi. These are learned skills that you always carry with you as a tool kit and a completely different way of approaching human movement patterns. Your intuitive self will be guided in learning new movement patterns. This is an individual experience taught in a group setting. Imagine lying on your back with your eyes closed making snow angels like a child. It is both play and self discovery, similar to how we learned to walk, skip, and run.
