GROUP FLOOR LESSONS
Body Awareness Works, works. These classes are experienced through movement on the floor with your eyes closed, allowing your awareness to go deep into your body. You’ll be feeling for what is easy and/or constrained. What is not serving you, will then be ready to release. When on the floor, with my slow verbal instruction, you’ll access the sensorimotor loop that stimulates the system reset. Your brain chooses the shift. The self adjusting tools learned give you the ability to reset your own system, on your own time.
If you can feel it, your nervous system can change it!
