Body Awareness Works - Transform Your Life At Healing Arts Centre

Body awarness
Have you ever felt the weight of persistent ache and puzzled if there’s a way to reduce it without surgical procedure or medication? My 20 Year journey of sporting accidents, car injuries, and surgical procedures ended in consistent, persistent nerve aches. The bad news is that this pain was a constant companion. The good news is that during this time, I learned how to use self-adjustment tools to decrease pain and avoid further surgery or injury. These skills and tools are what I teach at Body Awareness Works , the Healing Arts Center in California. This blog will introduce you to Body Awareness Works, a unique program to help individuals like you rediscover embodied peace and live pain-free.

A Unique Approach to Healing

Body Awareness Works offers a program that stands apart from traditional therapies. This is not Pilates, Yoga, exercise, stretching, isometrics, guided imagery, meditation, or Tai Chi. These are learned skills you carry as a toolkit, offering a completely different approach to human movement patterns. Your intuitive self will be guided in learning new movement patterns, transforming how you move and feel.

Who Can Benefit?

Is this the order of people you like?  Who is usually most attracted to CFR?  Who gets the greatest benefit?

A Different Kind of Movement

Imagine lying with your eyes closed, making snow angels like a child. This playful and self-discovery technique is similar to how we learned to walk, skip and run. It is healing and transformative, allowing you to reconnect with your body in a brand-new and self aware manner.

How It Works

Our lessons guide you through mild movements and physical activities that realign and re-educate your frame. By tapping into your nervous system’s inherent wisdom, you learn movement tools that reduce pain and increase capability. These abilities become second nature, allowing you to carry them into your daily life.
